Wildlife on the Farm

Our farm offers a diverse habitat from climax forest, pond, wetlands, meadows to serpentine barrens and a variety of birds. This habitat has been certified by the National Wildlife Federation.

Farmer Bob has been a lifetime member of the Audubon Society since 1971 when his grandmother gave him a present of membership. He has a keen interest in all aspects of birds and is very knowledgeable in North American birds. With his frequent trips to Costa Rica and Belize he is also knowledgeable about the South American birds.

The farm offers diverse habitats from climax forest, pond, wetlands, meadows to serpentine barrens offering a wide variety of birds to be seen.

There is no fee, but reservations are required and we'll schedule your visit at a mutually convenient time. There is no age limit, and Bob welcomes both serious birders, and those wanting to learn more. Individuals or groups are welcome.
